LET IT BE-GIN cocktail served at The Station Hotel, Rothes, all weekend in celebration of the Gin Experience

Ingredients

40ml Gordon Castle Gin
30ml Lime Juice 
25ml Gomme
Frozen Prosecco
20ml Rowanberry Syrup

Method

  • Blitz the frozen prosecco to create crushed ice, add to a low ball glass

  • Add the gin, lime juice and gomme to a cocktail shaker, shake over ice and strain into the tumbler

  • Top with more crushed ice

  • Over the back of a spoon gentle drizzle the rowanberry syrup and serve
